At Elios we know food! We have been serving the community since 1984 at our popular San Leandro restaurant. Customers have asked us to bottle our dressings ever since we opened. Over the years this ambitious endeavor is available to the public in the produce isle. Release date -TBA.

The Elios family brought the recipe from their home town in Kyparissi, Greece. 'Elio' is part of our Greek name Eliopoulos, it means 'The Sun'. On our bottle it means: a long History of happy customers, quality products, and a heritage family tradition.
